We're pleased to announce that after waiting some time, we were finally permitted to be open as an “Essential Business”, during the NY Pause Act.

While we're thankful to have received this, it does not mean that we'll be open to the public, and appointments will be kept to strictly with other businesses that have been also deemed as essential at this time.

Orders can still be placed via our website or by sending us a message through Facebook, Instagram or Email, along with the option of giving us a call at 716-4-CUSTOM (716-428-7866) and we're still printing and shipping orders out daily.

Here is the reply that we received from NY State this morning via email:

Dear Business Owner:

Thank you for seeking designation as an “essential business” under the revised New York State Executive Order 202.6 with respect to your BUSINESS FUNCTION OF PRINTING.  Based on the information you have provided, that business function is an essential business, but ONLY TO THE EXTENT THAT THE PRINTING SERVICES SUPPORT ESSENTIAL BUSINESSES OR SERVICES.

However, your business has been designated as essential solely with respect to those employees that must be present at the business location in support of essential business activities. No other employees/personnel shall be permitted to work from your business’s location. Any other business activities being completed at your location that are not essential are still subject to the revised Executive Order 202.6.

Please continue to comply with all other Executive Orders and recommendations from the New York State Department of Health and please consider reducing your in-person workforce to the extent practicable. Sites that cannot maintain distance and safety best practices must close and enforcement will be provided by the state in coordination with the city/local governments.
